With this NEW release it is now possible to work with hotfolders and Outlook(tm).
With the help of Files2Move for Outlook(tm) you are now able to send fully automated any attachment with Outlook(tm) 2000 and 2003. Just create a folder (hotfolder), define some standard text and define the directory where the file must be saved after sending. Copy/move any file to the hotfolder and Outlook(tm) will send the file - simple as that!

Files2Move
Files2Move is a software application, which makes it possible to automate the move/copy of files from one or multiple (input) directories to one or multiple (output) directories and also send files, fully automated, as E-mail attachement.
The users of Files2Move are able to define "search jobs" which will be used to decide which files from which directories to which directories must be copied/moved. This application is useful for those users who have to create or manage a lot of files, like images, documents etc.
For example:
a Web designer who has to develop a site must work with a lot of images, HTML pages and other files. From time to time, he has to e-mail the new created files to a specified e-mail address and also he need to backup all the files or copy/move this files in other directories on the Intranet. These kinds of things are time consuming and Files2Move is the solution that can save a lot of time
any person who must send on a regulair bases a file or multiple files to one or more receipients and save/backup those files waiting for feedback. It is simple like this: Create once a directory with the name of the receipient, save the file in this directory and Files2Move will send the file(s) as E-mail attachment and will backup the file(s) in a specified directory. Any file which will get into this directory will be treated the same way, no mistakes at all!
In a log-file the user can keep track of all activities of Files2Move.
For graphic companies working the Harlequin (tm) RIP it might be usefull to backup and restore the PageBuffer (PGB) files. This is not that simple because of the encrypted name of those PGB-files. Files2Move for Backup solves this issue. It is now possible to backup PGB-files with only a one time setting. Restore of the PGB-files is even that simple. Just select the correct files, click on restore and the original PGB-files with the encrypted name is back in the correct directory.
If your company has sales- and/or technical staff working on the road and thus not often in the office Update 24/7 makes it possible they get the proper info (files) fully automated at their desktop.
The main office is publishing files, separated into different groups for different group of people (for example sales info for sales people, technical info for technicians).
